This sauce is mostly used in Chinese, English, French cuisines. And since, the international cuisines are becoming favorite of Indians also, this sauce is hugely demanded. It can be used as an ingredient in cooking, a dip or a pour-over. This Karamat Sweet n Sour Sauce can be served with Indian snacks as well, such as samosa, bread pakora and dhokla. This sweet chutney mix is a perfect blend of sweet and sour.

Preparation Method:
  • Add 1 liter water into 1 kg Karamat Sweet N Sour Sauce Mix and make a smooth paste without lumps.
  • Boil 1.5 liters of water, and when water comes to rigorous boil, add prepared paste to it. Cook for 5-10 min. (approx) on low flame while stirring.
