Preparation Method:
  • Add 2 liters of water into 1 kg Karamat Gujarati Dal Paste. Mix it well while stirring and make a smooth paste without lumps. Keep it for 20 minutes.
  • Boil 6 liters of water with 200 g peanut, 20 g fresh coriander leaves, 20 g green chili paste, 20g ginger paste and 10 g curry leaves in a large pan (can add vegetables of your choice). When it comes to rigorous boil add the prepared paste to it and cook for 30 min. (approx) on medium flame. (Can add other ingredients to have your signature taste)
